Can you imagine growing older in your home without the support of a spouse, family, friends, neighbors or financial stability? Who would you call for help? How would you stay in your home? For over 300 seniors in Knox County, the answer is Knoxville Senior Companions.
Between now and February 1st, the entire Frazier’s Carpet One team are raising funds AND awareness for Knoxville Senior Companions.
Knoxville Senior Companions is a local charity that empowers more than 100 volunteers (themselves all over the age of 55) to help other Knoxville seniors, specifically frail seniors, remain in their home longer by helping them with little (but extremely important) tasks, like running errands, companionship and meal preparation.
Frazier’s Carpet One Floor & Home, as a company, is committed to raising $20,000 for Knoxville Senior Companions between now and February 1st.
Kevin Frazier will personally match the largest single donation made to Senior Companions, through Frazier’s CROWDRISE, (up to $5,000) between now and February 1st.
Above and beyond Frazier’s efforts to raise the $20,000, the Senior Companions annual fund drive will culminate at the 2018 Snowflake Ball (February 3rd).
Please help Frazier's embarrass their boss (in the nicest possible way):
If the Frazier’s Carpet One team hits their goal of $20,000 by February 1st, Kevin Frazier will, in all likelihood, be crowned King of the Snowflake Ball. It will give his team great pleasure to call their boss ‘King Snowflake’ (not the most masculine nickname in the world)!
Mr. Frazier believes so much in Senior Companions that he is willing to call himself snowflake for all of 2018. And if you, or your company, give $100 or more, you are more than welcome to call him ‘snowflake’ too!
